How to make a loincloth

Hi people,

I have a doubt about how to make a loincloth similar to the image below. I crucify (rope) my girlfriend
for sometime and I love a loincloth. We tried to do sometimes but never worked well. She uses a bikini
instead but I want to see her like in the photo since she looks like the actress.
