Why is it that I find a crucified female so beautiful? Crucifixion as it stood in history was a bloody way to dispose of rebels and torture insurgents. It was a dishonorable and tortuous way to die. Why then is it that we find ourselves so allured by it? Perhaps we are bent and find such things erotic, perhaps we had images implanted on our minds that turned into a fascination, or perhaps it is a more artistic, direct appeal.
